Let's start from the beginning...

Ok so this is the first house that Shane and I have bought! When I first saw it I hated it, and when Shane arrived a little later he said he loved it because of the "potential"....

Here are photos taken before we moved in.

This was back in 2004. We had Skylar (5) and Terryn (3).

There are 2 houses on the property, The Barn (2 bedrooms) and a much bigger house that our friends were going to buy and live in. 

So the plan was to subdivide the property within 2 years, we would then be able to use the now separated bond to do extensions on The Barn (add a bedroom)
